The room featured excellent furnishings and a nice bathroom. i had a fine view of the river from the 14th floor. the breakfast was awesome. The pool was nice, although shaded after 13:00. it was a superior room river view. i also appreciated how queens street was within walking distance, with many shops nearby.
The outdated wallpaper was peeling slightly. In minor areas. i noticed the bathroom sink only produced very hot or very cold water.

the story bridge suite was gorgeous. it offered everything we could have hoped for, and more! the hotel's location was prime, perfect for our travels to the wedding venue and reception. russell, the night attendee, made our check-in and each night special with his vibrant personality.
i found the cashless system a bit inconvenient when i was checking in.
